Nick and his crew re-roofed our home last year. It is a steep 12/12 pitch and super challenging. Nick handled everything from specifying the right roofing shingle to working around some tricky weather and made sure we were weathertight before the rains! I would highly recommend West Coast Roofing Services.

Everything went well! Not a complaints! We had them redo work done by someone else! The problem was that they left a mess and didn't do what we needed them to do. This crew came out and did a tar and gravel roof on my old flat-roof house, last fall. Everything came out really great. After this season's first rain, I found out that the roof was holding some water, and I called Nick, from West Cast, to see if something was wrong; I was pretty worried. Turned out to be my clogged downspouts. Nick was very kind and helped me out. But even though there was sitting water, there have been no leaks, and that is the point... the true test. I would definately recommend this outfit to do service for any family and friends, and everyone else- very good people!! PS: Mind your gutters and downspouts, each year- it's required owner maintenance!!

West Coast Roofing also provided an estimate that achieved the best cost for the quality of materials used. Other estimates received used lower quality materials or were significantly higher for the same material performance. Our re-roof meets "cool roof" (CA Title 24) and WUI (Wildland-Urban Interface) requirements. The actual re-roofing execution started and finished per the estimate. There were a couple of unexpected items after the demo was done, but Nick and his team were not delayed. Nick had a solution for these and kept the team on schedule and on budget. I will highly recommend West Coast Roofing to others looking to have their homes roofed.

(Editing post—I gave 5 stars. Only 4 are showing up—I hope Google corrects this) Doing business with Nick Martin/West Coast Roofing Services out of Middletown CA—was a great experience. I needed a new roof at my Airbnb and it was getting late in the season. We found a weekend in between guests and storms, and got the job done. Nick and his crew are awesome people. They all had an eye for detail, worked efficiently, quickly, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Nick also was great about communicating situations that presented themselves during demolition and told me how they were going to remedy them for me. I chose the quote that included more weatherizing products for the edges, borders, valleys, and hips—and Im glad I did. The roof is going to last a long time—and not be a headache for family members in my later years. Give Nick a call. He’s a good guy! And so is his crew!
